The Pittsburgh Steelers open up their 2018 campaign this weekend, but they are still without running back Le’Veon Bell. The hope was they would have Bell in the fold for Week 1 of the NFL season, but that is starting to look like a longshot, which is a pretty big blow to their offense.

Even without Bell, the Steelers have one of the better offenses in the NFL, as Ben Roethlisberger is still an elite signal-caller in the league. Antonio Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster are one of the elite wide receiver tandems in the game, and Roethlisberger sure knows how to get them the ball in space.

When it comes to the tight end position, the Steelers need a long-term answer, and they could get one in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Noah Fant from Iowa is the best tight end the draft class has to offer, and he would be a major upgrade over guys like Jesse James and Vance McDonald at the position.

The Steelers are going to be one of the last AFC teams standing this season, and will have a chip on their shoulder after losing in the Divisional Round at home last season. Bell should be back with the team at some point this season, and when it comes time for the playoff push, the Steelers should be at full strength.
