Primary: Ryan Grant – 9.7% Ownership

Ryan Grant might be the least sexy name on this list but he’s one of the most important. Grant is the second option for a mostly healthy Andrew Luck, and he was tied for the top spot on the team in targets on Sunday. He may not have the same talent as some other guys in the league, but Indy brought him in and gave him a payday for a reason. He will be utilized and should see enough targets to keep him relevant as a fringe WR4 most of the season.

Secondary: Phillip Dorsett – 11% Ownership

Tom Brady does two things better than anyone else in history: makes me believe I can play pickup basketball at an NBA level until I’m 40, and turns receivers you’ve never heard of into household names. Dorsett might have been a one game wonder, but with Edelman suspended and the lack of receiving options past Chris Hogan, he just might be a thing. If he develops a rapport with Brady, he could remain relevant even after Edelman returns.

It’s not likely but I could give you a list of guys you never knew about that became startable fantasy assets because of Brady, and it would be a long one. Throw a dart if you need help at receiver.

Secondary: Ted Ginn – 17% Ownership

If Michael Thomas is the alpha dog, Tedd Ginn is the quiet german shepherd that sits in the corner waiting for his time to strike.  He won’t win you a league, but he could always win you a week. The theme of this article is clearly “teams lacking a second option”, but the Saints don’t have a bona fide second receiver that really stands out. Rookie Tre’Quan Smith is worth keeping an eye on in the slot, but Ginn is a decent waiver add because he seems to have a connection with Brees down field.
