How all 30 players at the Tour Championship can win the FedEx Cup

11. Webb Simpson

To win the FedEx Cup, Webb Simpson MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes tied for sixth or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes in a three-way tie for third or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes in a three-way tie for second or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes tied for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes tied for second or worse.

12. Jason Day

To win the FedEx Cup, Jason Day MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes in a three-way tie for sixth or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes fourth or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes in a three-way tie for second or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes tied for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes tied for second or worse.

13. Francesco Molinari

To win the FedEx Cup, Francesco Molinari MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes tied for seventh or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes fourth or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes third or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes tied for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes tied for second or worse.

14. Phil Mickelson

To win the FedEx Cup, Phil Mickelson MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes tied for eighth or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes tied for fourth or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes third or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes tied for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes tied for second or worse.

15. Patrick Reed

To win the FedEx Cup, Patrick Reed MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes tied for ninth or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes tied for fourth or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes third or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes tied for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes tied for second or worse.
  • Keegan Bradley finishes tied for second or worse.
