Wide Receivers: Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers- $8,000; Nelson Agholor, Philadelphia Eagles- $6,100, Kenny Golladay, Detroit Lions- $5,700

Last week’s stack featured two players from the New Orleans Saints. This week’s stack will feature three players from the Chargers and the second player is Allen.

Allen caught eight passes for 108 yards and one score. He finished with 20.80 points, the ninth most at the wide receiver position. The sixth-year wideout averaged 13.50 yards per catch. As mentioned earlier, the Chargers face the Bills, which is a very good match up for Allen.

In two career games against the Bills, Allen is averaging 88 yards per game and has a catch percentage just above 93. He has recored 14 receptions for 176 yards and two touchdowns.

The last time Allen faced Buffalo was when he caught 12 passes for 159 yards and two scores in Week 10 of the 2017 season.

My second receiver option didn’t light up the stat sheet in his first game, but Agholor was definitely Nick Foles’ favorite target.

Agholor caught eight passes for 33 yards, while being targeted 10 times. With Alshon Jeffery still a few weeks away from returning from a shoulder injury, Agholor is Philadelphia’s number one option.

The reason why Agholor makes the cut is because of his match-up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa’s defense allowed 50.8 fantasy points to receivers in week one. The only two teams that allowed more were the Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints.

My final receiver in this week’s lineup is Golladay. For those of you who don’t know Golladay, he was drafted by the Detroit Lions last season in the third round. Last season, he played in 11 games and compiled 28 receptions for 477 yards and three touchdowns.

Odds are Golladay wasn’t on your radar in daily fantasy formats in Week 1, but should be after his performance against the New York Jets. The Lions got dismantled, but Golladay showed a ton of promise. He caught a career high seven receptions for 114 yards and was targeted 12 times.

Golladay’s match up against the San Francisco 49ers and his price value make him a very likable selection. One more solid week and Golladay will be a popular weekly pick.
