Primary Add: Calvin Ridley – 40.8% Ownership

Shocked? I doubt it. Ridley will be the darling of the waiver wire this week and will likely end up costing someone a lot more than he may be worth from a value standpoint. Ridley is a very talented rookie receiver in an up tempo offense so he will definitely have more weeks like he did in Week 3.

Ridley torched the high schoo- I mean…. Saints…. secondary for three scores and was able to get open whenever he wanted. He even drew coverage from Marshon Lattimore in the third quarter which opened up Julio Jones for an underthrown deep ball that should’ve found the end zone as well. Ridley is one of the best route runners in the league and has a very bright future in Atlanta.

We featured him last week as a speculative add and hopefully some of you listened because he will be a lot more expensive after his explosion against New Orleans. I would definitely put a bid on him as he should be solidified as the No. 2 in a good offense.

The only reason I suggest pumping the brakes is because he’s playing second fiddle to Julio, and Matt Ryan has never hesitated to spread the ball around (he broke a record for doing just that in 2016). Ridley is a slightly upgraded boom or bust fantasy asset that will make for a great bye week fill in, I just don’t suggest counting on him as an every week starter just yet.
