Next Game: vs Louisiana

Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa looks to be possibly the best quarterback Nick Saban has fielded in his tenure as the Crimson Tide head coach.

Tua stat of the week: Through four games, he has yet to take a snap in the fourth quarter.

That’s a scary thought for the SEC teams remaining on Alabama’s schedule. The fact that Tua has yet to play a complete football game is one reason he’s slid down to the second spot. He may need to convince his defense to give up a few more points so he can pad his stats a little.

It probably won’t happen this week as the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns will more than likely pose little challenge to Tagovailoa or the rest of the Crimson Tide.

Tua will hold serve at worst, put up yet another week of blemish free numbers, and be ready to set himself apart from the rest of the Heisman hopefuls as the teeth of Alabama’s schedule approaches.
