29. Sam Darnold (LW: 26)

Darnold is struggling mightily in Gotham. The Jets aren’t going anywhere fast, and their rookie quarterback is following suit with four touchdowns and five interceptions. It’s not shocking to see him coming along slowly as the youngest starter in league history, but it would be encouraging to see more chunk plays.

28. Blake Bortles (LW: 28)

Bortles was great against the Jets on Sunday, but we need more consistency. It also has to be said that Jacksonville is incredibly careful with the throws it asks Bortles to make. The Jaguars are winning with their defense, and Bortles is simply along for the ride at this point. If they are going to win the Super Bowl, he’ll have to step his game up.

27. Case Keenum (LW: 25)

Keenum missed a wide open Demaryius Thomas on the penultimate offensive play for Denver in its 27-23 loss. That’s the kind of play that would have won the game, and instead the Broncos are 2-2 because Keenum couldn’t make the throw. Not great.

26. Jameis Winston (LW: NA)

Winston put forth one of the most Winston-esque games of all-time in Chicago this past week. He looked solid for the most part in his 2018 debut, completing 16-of-20 throws. However, he backed that up with a pair of interceptions, continuing his turnovers problems that have plagued him throughout his career.
