20. Baker Mayfield (LW: 21)

Mayfield turned the ball over four times against the Raiders in a 45-42 loss, but he wasn’t at fault by and large. The Browns’ rookie is to be blamed for one of the picks, but two lost fumbles were both results of horrid blocking, while the pick-six should have been a catch by Antonio Callaway. Cleveland has to be disappointed with the result, but Mayfield looked solid.

19. Joe Flacco (LW: 23)

Flacco has suddenly rediscovered the best part about his game … the deep ball. John Brown has been a huge get for the Ravens, something that was on display against the Steelers in Baltimore’s Sunday night win. The Ravens need Flacco to be solid, and he has been that so far with

18. Derek Carr (LW: 18)

Carr threw a pair of horrendous interceptions, but he bounced back to get the Raiders’ first win of the season. The former second-round choice went for 437 yards, putting him fourth in the NFL with 1,373 yards on the season. However, he also paces the league with seven picks.

17. Alex Smith (LW: 17)

Smith and the Redskins enjoyed their bye week, albeit a very early one. There;s nothing to report on Smith that hasn’t been true for years on end. He’s incredibly conservative for the most part, preferring to make safe, smart throws. We’ll see how far he can take Washington as the year progresses.
