Marshawn Lynch, Oakland Raiders – $6,500
Much can be said about Marshawn Lynch and the Oakland Raiders. They finally pulled off their first win of the season and Gruden’s first win since returning as head coach. In Week 4, the Raiders went into overtime in thriller fashion, securing the 45-42 overtime win against the Cleveland Browns with a 29-yard field goal.
Against the Browns, Lynch put on a clinic in the backfield, rushing for a season-high 130 yards on 20 carries, along with three catches for 27 receiving yards. In Week 5, he gets a nice matchup against a Chargers defense who rank 17th against the rush.
Thus far, Lynch has amassed 300 total rushing yards and three touchdowns on 68 carries, along with 10 receptions for 60 receiving yards. Lynch has proven that he needs to be played each and every week.

The Chargers have played in shootouts all season long, seemingly unable to stop the run or the pass. Through four games the Chargers have allowed 385 total yards, 275.8 passing yards, 109.3 rushing yards and 30 total points per game.
Lynch himself has averaged 75 rushing yards on 17 carries per game, along with 2.5 receptions and 15 receiving yards per game. Against the Chargers weak secondary and front, Lynch looks to exploit every aspect of their defense.
Prediction: 90 rushing yards, 50 receiving yards, 2 total touchdowns
