No. 5 James White vs. Kansas City

James White is so important for the Patriots. So important. Him having a second in Sony Michel makes that backfield a force and I don’t see that changing in any way against the Chiefs. Two Patriots make the list this week.

No, I’m not telling you the second one, keep reading. No, don’t skip to the end, stay here and keep reading.

James White has been one of Tom Brady’s favorite weapons and I still stand by the belief that he should’ve been named Super Bowl MVP in the comeback against Atlanta. Three touchdowns, come on.

White in the pass game is even more pivotal than the run game and the Chiefs have given up the most yards through the air heading into Week 6. 1715 yards to be exact.

Fun random stat (maybe not fun but random) White had one carry in the win over Indianapolis but had 10 receptions for 77 yards and a touchdown.

The Miami game the week before remains White’s best outing with eight carries for 44 yards and a touchdown to go with eight catches for 68 yards and another touchdown.

Revenge games? Perfect scenario for James White here.
