James Conner, Pittsburgh Steelers – $7,700

James Conner has been able to fill the huge hole left by star running back Le’veon Bell. Conner has amassed a total of 342 total rushing yards, five rushing touchdowns on 84 total carries, adding 239 total receiving yards on 22 receptions. Conner is in the mix once again to have a huge role against the Cincinnati Bengals’ 23rd-ranked defense against the rush this Sunday.

Conner has averaged 68.4 rushing yards and one touchdown on 16.8 carries, adding 47.8 receiving yards on 4.4 receptions and 5.6 targets per game. In Week 5, Conner had another huge role against a depleted Atlanta Falcons defense, having his best game since Week 1 against the Cleveland Browns.

Through five games played the Bengals have allowed 394.8 total yards, 276.6 passing yards, 118.2 rushing yards and 26 total points per game. The Bengals look to be in another shootout against a Steelers defense who also allow a lot of points per game at 26.6, respectively.

Conner should light up the scoreboard again as the Bengals are soft against the pass at 21st-ranked overall. With Conner’s special abilities to utilize targets out of the backfield, he should have a very good day for your lineups in this week’s matchup.

Prediction: 115 rushing yards, 55 receiving yards, 2 total touchdowns
