No. 7 Kenny Stills vs Chicago

The Dolphins are in a bad way. Read my matchups piece from earlier this weekend to understand why. The offense has to be consistent or this team will fall head first down a flight of stairs the rest of the way. After getting blitzed by the Patriots on the road how did they respond? By going up 17-0 against the Bengals before losing 27-17. Talk about a gut punch.

It doesn’t get easier going against a Bears team coming off a bye week but more importantly Mitch Trubisky’s six touchdown game against the Buccaneers.

That Bears pass rush is elite and it won’t be an easy day by any means for Ryan Tannehill. Someone he definitely needs and could give any semblence of life in this matchup as a sleeper (who shouldn’t be a sleeper)? Kenny Stills.

Kenny Stills isn’t off to the start he wanted this season, I wouldn’t believe. Just 14 receptions through five games, Stills hasn’t even passed five catches like MIke Williams above him, and was held under 50 yards the last two weeks. His best performance? Week 1. Still went off on Tennessee in the opening win with four catches for 106 yards and a pair of scores. That hasn’t been replicated in any game since and Stills only has one score (Week 3 against Oakland) in the four games after.

Stills is important to this Dolphins offense, really important. If the Dolphins want to get back on track or at least look competitive? Find Stills.
