No. 3 Travis Kelce vs. Cincinnati

Kelce let us all down in the big tight end showdown as Gronk got the last laugh on the catch leading up to the game winning field goal. The Chiefs are now 5-1 and for some the mystique has worn off. I don’t get that.

This offense is loaded with talent and Patrick Mahomes came back from a big deficit early and threw the ball ALL over the Patriots defense in the three point loss.

Kelce is a PPR machine even on an off week and that’s what makes him so dangerous. These two teams are so close in points against tight ends on ESPN, literally a 0.2 difference.

Overall to tight ends the Bengals have given up 42 receptions for 402 yards and a trio of touchdowns to tight ends this season. Now Kelce is no typical tight end. Kelce himself has 33 cathches for 468 yards and three touchdowns on the year.

If I told you that Kelce hasn’t had a touchdown the past two weeks would you believe me? His average is outstanding every week and sits overall at 14.2 yards per catch this season. Kelce stretches the field in a way most tight ends only wish they could.

With all the weapons the Chiefs have, Kelce gets the matchup nod this week against Cincinnati.
