It took a bit for Elliott to get NAPA into Victory Lane, but he finally did it during the NASCAR Playoffs with a victory at Dover. Hardly anything is different about the NAPA paint scheme for 2019, with the same general mix of blue and white with some yellow accents. Look carefully and you’ll see that the hood is slightly different, with more blue than in 2018.
