High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,667

Zach LaVine (at ATL – $8,400): Needs 34.9 fantasy points. LaVine cooled off against the Hornets on Friday, finishing with 27.6 fantasy points. That might be a bit concerning, but I’ll trust that he can bounce back against a good matchup in Atlanta. Diagnosis: The salary might be a turnoff, but if Friday was just an off-night and he returns to form, he’ll be a huge play on a night when not many people may take him.

Victor Oladipo (at CLE – $8,300): Needs 34.5 fantasy points. Oladipo has yet to have that big game that we know he’s capable of. But … we know he’s capable of it. And against the Cavaliers, who might be the worst team in the league as far as talent and potential, Oladipo feels primed for a big night. Diagnosis: Breakout Oladipo is around the corner. Cleveland seems like a safe bet for it to happen.

Khris Middleton (vs ORL – $7,700): Needs 32 fantasy points. Middleton had just 29.3 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Friday. Don’t worry too much about that as the Bucks won from the opening tip. It might be another route for Milwaukee on Saturday, which is a concern, but Orlando has battled this year and they should keep it interesting long enough for Middleton to be over value. Diagnosis: Good matchup and Middle has delivered throughout the season.
