Players costing $6,250 or under

Derrick Favors (at DAL – $5,100): Needs 23.7 fantasy points. Favors had 22.25 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Saturday. The Jazz didn’t have to contend with the Anthony Davis, which made life easier. They’ll be rested and ready to go on Sunday. Maybe Favors gets played off the floor if the Mavericks go smaller, but he’ll damage them in limited minutes. Diagnosis: Even if he doesn’t play much, he’s a good bet to at least hit value.

Jerami Grant (vs PHO – $4,100): Needs 19 fantasy points. Grant drew the start against the Celtics and posted 24.5 fantasy points. I assume Grant will start again, which is good news for his value. Given his salary, this is good news for DFS owners. The matchup also helps. Grant can do a bit of everything and with this low salary, is a good bet. Diagnosis: Reliable with potential to be around 25 fantasy points if he’s starting again.

Jeff Green (at LAC – $4,000): Needs 18.5 fantasy points. Green had 29.2 fantasy points against the Kings on Oct. 26. If Morris doesn’t play, Green will see more minutes. Even if Morris does play, Jeff Green has successfully tricked another team into thinking he’s a valuable rotation player. It’s like clockwork with this guy. Diagnosis: Low salary option who is going to play and do a bit of everything.
