No. 5 Robby Anderson vs Chicago

This is an interesting game. The Jets feel like they’re sliding towards where most people saw them. The Bears are coming off two straight losses after earning heaps of praise at 3-1. This is a game the Bears have to win and the Jets would like to not lose. Think about it.

Anderson can be dominant at times but he has the tendency to disappear. That can’t happen this week if the Jets want to avoid the loss. Anderson is a hard cover for the Bears. He’s fast with strong hands and elusive. All have come back to haunt the Bears in the last two losses.

Anderson was dominant in the win over Denver just three weeks ago with 123 yards on just three catches including a 76 yard touchdown. Add that to a Week 1 effort where Anderson just had one catch but it was a 41 yard touchdown. He’s a home run threat and the best one the Jets have. Darnold throws it all over the field and his chemistry will continue to grow with these targets.

Anderson hasn’t had more than three catches in any game this season yet still has just over 300 yards on the 17 catches he does have. He has zero red zone receptions, which is only a tad troublesome. Past the 50 leading up to the red zone though? Six receptions, 141yards and two scores.
