High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Rudy Gay (vs DAL – $6,400): Needs 26.5 fantasy points. There’s a lot to love with the Spurs on Monday. Not only is their offense rolling right now, but the Mavericks defense is not good and they are on a back-to-back. Gay was moved to the bench against the Lakers and he responded with 44.5 fantasy points. Scoring has never been an issue for him and if he’s now the leader of the bench mob, he’s going to continue to put up well-rounded numbers. Diagnosis: Great matchup for a guy who does a bit of everything.

Evan Turner (at IND – $4,800): Needs 19.8 fantasy points. Turner has been…reliable? He’s a lot like Derrick Rose where I keep expecting him to fall off, but it’s not happening. He remains at a good salary and puts up solid numbers in all categories. The less he does with his scoring, the more he does everywhere else. That’s good news for DFS players. Diagnosis: He’s been consistent, he takes advantage of matchups, and he puts up well-rounded numbers.

DeAndre’ Bembry (at PHI – $4,400): Needs 18.2 fantasy points. Bembry has been very good this season, averaging 25.2 fantasy points in five games. He’s been a nice surprise in Atlanta and a consistent option. He’s not a big scorer, but he puts up nice defensive numbers and does enough in other categories to consistently be over value. Diagnosis: Well-rounded option on a low salary who has gone above expectation throughout this year.

Quick Hits

Nemanja Bjelica ($6,300): Playing outstanding. Heat can be a tough matchup.
