High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Anthony Davis (at DEN – $12,800): Needs 54.2 fantasy points. Davis missed the Pelicans last game as it was on a back-to-back and he’s currently a game-time decision. I would expect him to play, but check his status before making any decision. Typically I don’t touch on GTD players, but the high salary guys at PF are few. If Davis plays, I expect him to pick up where he left off. The Nuggets defense is improved, but the Pelicans offense has been unstoppable with Davis in the lineup. Diagnosis: He’ll dominate as he always does if he’s in the lineup.

LaMarcus Aldridge (vs DAL – $8,700): Needs 36.8 fantasy points. Aldridge didn’t have a good game against the Lakers and has been down in his last two. Maybe he’s taking a step back with DeRozan in town, but this is a good matchup and his rebounding numbers won’t be down for long. His shot not falling is a bit more concerning, but I trust him to bounce back on Monday. Diagnosis: Good matchup and you should expect him to get back on track because of it.

Draymond Green (at CHI – $7,500): Needs 31.8 fantasy points. Green is coming off his best performance of the season against the Nets on Sunday. That was the Nets, but it’s not like the Bulls are any better. Green should be able to make their life miserable with his toughness on defense and his passing. He’s still inconsistent, but this is another great matchup for him. Diagnosis: High ceiling player with inconsistencies but a good matchup.
