High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Rudy Gobert (vs MEM – $10,100): Needs 45 fantasy points. Gobert has been over 50 fantasy points in his last three games. He’s dominating teams in the paint and on the boards and is always good for a block or three. The Grizzlies and Marc Gasol will make it tough, but I expect Gobert to continue to deliver. Diagnosis: Playing extremely well and gets you an easy double-double with defensive numbers.

Nikola Vucevic (vs LAC – $8,900): Needs 39.6 fantasy points. Vucevic has been over 40 fantasy points in four of his last five. The Clippers are on a back-to-back and their size, when Boban is not in the game, is lacking. Vucevic has the ability to hurt them in all areas and I expect him to do just that. The Magic should be well rested as well. Diagnosis: Playing well this season and has a very good matchup in front of him.

Steven Adams (at WAS – $7,500): Needs 33.4 fantasy points. Adams’ scoring was down against the Hornets but he still managed 35.4 fantasy points thanks to his defense. He’s typically good for a double-double and provides some defensive numbers as well. Diagnosis: The return of Dwight Howard will help. But Adams is a reliable producer who could bully Howard if he’s not fully healed.
