High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Harrison Barnes (vs NY – $6,000): Needs 25 fantasy points. Barnes is still working himself back into the lineup, but he’s producing well in his limited action. His ceiling has been lowered with the arrival of Doncic and Jordan, but he’s still one of the better pure scorers. Good matchup as well. Diagnosis: His value is largely tied to his scoring, but he scores at a good rate.

Jae Crowder (vs MEM – $5,100): Needs 21.3 fantasy points. I’m always a fan of Crowder because he plays big minutes off the bench and has versatility in the Jazz lineup. He’s done well this season, averaging 24.8 fantasy points in seven games. Diagnosis: Reliable option who plays big minutes and can do a bit of everything.

Kyle Anderson (at UTA – $4,500): Needs 18.8 fantasy points. I’m not thrilled with the value options at small forward, but I’ve always admired Anderson’s game and he’s coming off his best performance of the season with 33.7 fantasy points against the Wizards. The Jazz are a much tougher matchup, but Anderson is a nice utility player who could impress in this matchup. Diagnosis: Inconsistent, but plays the minutes to produce and can put up numbers in all categories.
