High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Clint Capela (at CHI – $8,400): Needs 37.3 fantasy points. Cappella had 51.1 fantasy points against the Nets on Friday. If Harden is back in the lineup, Cappella should see ben more lobs due to their chemistry. The Bulls lack of frontcourt options bodes well for Capela’s value on Saturday. Diagnosis: Very good matchup for a player who is always a double-double threat. Does have consistency issues.

Hassan Whiteside (at ATL – $8,600): Needs 38.2 fantasy points. Whiteside is having a solid season, averaging 39.8 fantasy points in seven games. He’s good for a double-double at the very least in this game and should have a big rebounding night given the opponent. He’ll also chip in with defense. Diagnosis: He’s been consistent and now he gets to battle the Hawks. Things are lining up nicely for him on Saturday.

Jusuf Nurkic (vs LAL – $7,000): Needs 31.1 fantasy points. Nurkic had 30.8 fantasy points in 17 minutes against the Lakers on opening night. He’s been inconsistent this season, but I trust the matchup and know what he’s capable of against a Lakers team that still lacks size outside of JaVale McGee. The more minutes for McGee, potentially the more minutes for Nurkic. Given the salary difference, I’ll go with Nurkic. Diagnosis: Should at least hit value and I like him to have a big impact against McGee.
