Players costing over $6,667

DeMar DeRozan (vs NO – $9,900): Needs 41 fantasy points. DeRozan’s numbers were down against the Suns as the game was over early. The Pelicans will offer a tougher matchup, which will lead to more minutes for DeRozan. And with the way he’s playing, I’m not going to doubt him against a poor Pelicans defense. DeRozan will get his without much trouble. Diagnosis: Expect DeRozan to keep delivering.

Victor Oladipo (vs BOS – $8,900): Needs 36.9 fantasy points. Oladipo had 58.3 fantasy points against the Bulls on Friday. The Pacers are on a back-to-back and the Celtics are a tough matchup, but Oladipo played very well against them last season, averaging 54 fantasy points in three games. He’s looked like the Oladipo of last season and that’s good news for DFS fans. Diagnosis: A slight risk, but a high reward.

Zach LaVine (vs HOU – $8,400): Needs 34.8 fantasy points. LaVine’s scoring was down against the Pacers, but he picked up points in other areas and finished with 36.7 fantasy points. Both teams are on a back-to-back and I still don’t like the Rockets defense. The return of James Harden might not help much. Diagnosis: He’ll get his points and should do plenty more against a poor Rockets defense.
