FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – Nov. 3, 2018
High Salary SF
Players costing over $6,667
LeBron James (at POR – $12,000): Needs 50.5 fantasy points. James had 50 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Oct. 31. I don’t know what’s going on with the Lakers behind the scenes, which worries me on the court. LeBron is typically reliable, which is good, but this has the potential to get ugly with the way the Blazers are playing. Diagnosis: He’s LeBron and he might be an angry LeBron. He also might be a passive aggressive LeBron.
Nikola Mirotic (at SA – $8,300): Needs 34.9 fantasy points. With or without Anthony Davis, Mirotic has continued to deliver. He’s been at 46 fantasy points in his last two games. The Spurs defense is rather poor and Mirotic is getting it done with his scoring and passing. If Davis is in the lineup, that’s even better for Miortic as his looks will be cleaner. Diagnosis: He’s rarely let you down this year and against this Spurs, he should be another big contributor.
Josh Richardson (at ATL – $7,300): Needs 30.7 fantasy points. Richardson was down to 26.9 fantasy points against the Hornets on Oct. 30. With a few days off and the Hawks in front of him, expect him to get back on track. As you may have noticed, I’m a fan of pounding the Hawks matchup. Diagnosis: Excellent matchup and we know what Richardson is capable of. He’ll bounce back with a big game.
