FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – Nov. 3, 2018
High Value PF
Players costing $6,667 or under
Kelly Olynyk (at ATL – $5,900): Needs 25.4 fantasy points. Aside from a clunker against the Kings, Olynyk has done well as the starter in Miami. And it turns out that the Kings might be good, so that clunker becomes more excusable. A clunker against the Hawks would be inexcusable because they are terrible. Olynyk does well to put up numbers in all categories. Diagnosis: Great matchup and should be at value at worst.
Marcus Morris (at IND – $5,200): Needs 22.4 fantasy points. Morris has been hot for the Celtics, going over 25 fantasy points in his last four games. A healthy Gordon Hayward will cut into his value a bit, but Morris is going to shoot when he has the ball and he’s making up value with his rebounds. With the Pacers on a back-to-back, Morris has a big chance to take advantage of a tired group.Diagnosis:
Zach Collins (vs LAL – $4,800): Needs 20.6 fantasy points. I love the reliability of Collins’ game. He was down against the Pelicans, but I’m not going to write him off after that. He had 33.2 fantasy points against the Lakers on opening night. The Lakers should be taken advantage of by any team with a solid frontcourt. Diagnosis: He’ll hit value at worst and has the potential for a big scoring and rebounding night.
