9. Running back: James White vs. Green Bay Packers

James White has been a phenomenal asset in fantasy football this season, especially if you play in a PPR format. Nonetheless, White has demonstrated he can carry the workhorse role in this New England Patriot offense. White is arguably Tom Brady’s favorite red zone target.

This season White has rushed for 204 yards and two touchdowns on 48 carries. He has caught 55 balls for 459 receiving yards and six touchdowns on 74 targets. White’s targets and touchdowns rank No.1 amongst running backs and his receptions and receiving yards are ranked No. 2.

White is a receiving machine and fits perfectly in today’s NFL. White if needed could be used as a RB2 in PPR formats. So if you like the zero RB strategy then James White is your type of guy to target late in drafts. This matchup will be a back and forth game between arguably the two best quarterbacks in the league. White will be heavily involved.

The Green Bay Packers defense comes into this Week 9 contest 5th-ranked against the pass. Does anyone count Tom Brady out in any matchup? The answer is always no. Brady and his teammates will absolutely be ready for this defense under the lights on Sunday Night Football. James White will be a big part of how the Patriot offense attacks the tough Green Bay defense.

Prediction: 40 rushing yards, 60 receiving yards, 2 total touchdowns
