High Value PG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Spencer Dinwiddie (vs PHI – $5,500): Needs 23 fantasy points. Dinwiddie had a rough outing against the Rockets, finishing with 13.5 fantasy points. He’s bounced back after every rough outing this season, so I’m going to trust him to do the same on Sunday. The Sixers are on a back-to-back, which should help his cause. Diagnosis: Expect him to bounce back and play better. High ceiling player on a good salary despite the inconsistency.

Frank Ntilikina (at WAS – $5,400): Needs 22.6 fantasy points. I’m taking anyone against the Wizards right now. Frankie Smokes plays big minutes and can get it done with scoring and assists while chipping in with defense. Unless the Wizards figure it out overnight, this should be a high scoring affair. I’m going to trust the Knicks over the Wizards. Famous last words. Diagnosis: Great matchup, good salary, should hit value at worst.

Landry Shamet (at BKN – $3,500): Needs 14.6 fantasy points. Shamet is getting some decent run in Philadelphia and he’s another shooter off the bench. One thing Philly does well is they get shooters good looks. I’ll trust that Shamet will continue to get good looks and I’ll trust him to knock them down. He’s a low cost option who won’t hurt you and could provide good value. Diagnosis: He gets his shots, plays good minutes, and has a good matchup. His low salary helps.
