Players costing $6,667 or under

Kelly Oubre Jr. (vs NY – $4,400): Needs 18.3 fantasy points. I don’t know what’s happening in Washington. But if Otto Porter is out, Oubre will pick up the start. Of all the players on the Wizards this year, he’s at least played with effort. The Wizards have one of the worst bench units in the league, but Oubre has been a bright spot. If Porter Jr doesn’t play, Oubre Jr could be a steal at this salary. But, Wizards. Diagnosis: Solid at this salary based on what we’ve seen and could have a bigger role with injuries.

Jeff Green (vs NY – $4,000): Needs 16.6 fantasy points. Mini-LeBron has been rough in the last couple of games. I guess if Porter Jr doesn’t play, Green could pick up the start. Again, I don’t know what’s happening in Washington. I don’t know if Washington knows what’s happening in Washington. The potential is there but your guess is as good as mine with this team. Diagnosis: Are you feeling lucky?

Jared Dudley (vs PHI – $3,800): Needs 15.8 fantasy points. Dudley is getting solid minutes in Philadelphia. It hasn’t always been pretty and he’s been inconsistent, but he’s starting and playing solid minutes. That counts for something. The matchup isn’t great and I don’t have a feel for him other than he’s been inconsistent as of late. But he won’t hurt you. Diagnosis: Low salary option who has played well and his score gets dropped at worst.
