High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (vs PHI – $5,300): Needs 22.6 fantasy points. Hollis-Jefferson continues to get inconsistent minutes as I guess Jared Dudley is a better option. I’d like to see him play more before I can put full faith in him. He was solid against the Sixers last season, including a 44.5 fantasy points effort in a March game. But his lack of playing time is certainly concerning. Diagnosis: Playing time issues make him an inconsistent option, but if he plays, he plays well.

Markieff Morris (vs NY – $5,000): Needs 21.4 fantasy points. Again, I don’t know what’s happening in Washington. I refuse to trust anyone on their team. Morris has a high ceiling because he’ll get his shots and does well rebounding. But there’s no evidence this team plays well together and I can’t recommend anyone on their team with confidence until I see otherwise. Diagnosis: High risk, high reward.

Dario Saric (at BKN – $4,800): Needs 20.5 fantasy points. Saric has been rough this season. I don’t know what’s going on with him but he’s forgotten how to shoot and isn’t doing enough in other areas to make up that value. He’s a low cost option and he does have a high ceiling, we just have no seen it much this season. Diagnosis: Another risk, with a big reward. At least the matchup is good.
