FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 4, 2018 (Main)
High Value SG
Players costing $6,667 or under
Evan Fournier (at SA – $5,800): Needs 24.1 fantasy points. I can’t make sense of Fournier or anyone on the Magic with one exception, who I’ll get to later. Fournier has a high ceiling and can do a bit of everything when he’s on his game. But he’s been inconsistent and he bottoms out hard when he’s off his game. The Spurs defense is a good matchup. Diagnosis:High risk, high reward player with a good matchup.
Josh Okogie (at POR – $5,600): Needs 23.3 fantasy points. If Jimmy Butler doesn’t play, Okogie should draw the start. He’s a rookie, so he’s’s inconsistent, but he’s going to get big minutes as the starter and has handled himself nicely in limited action this season. Portland is on a back-to-back as well, which should help Minnesota’s cause. Diagnosis: Rest, injury, whatever Butler wants to call it. If he sits, Okogie is in a great position to contribute.
Garrett Temple (at PHO – $4,400): Needs 18.3 fantasy points. I’ve loved Temple’s reliability this season. He’s a low cost guy who gets big minutes in the Memphis starting lineup and can do a bit over everything (except for assists. Don’t expect assists). Against the Suns, he should get his points and rebounds while making a defensive play or two. Diagnosis: Low cost, reliable, great matchup, solid ceiling.
