Buffalo Bills fans have to be blind at this point after all of the pick sixes they’ve watched Nathan Peterman throw.

The Buffalo Bills are all about the future right now with their franchise quarterback, rookie Josh Allen, resting up and getting healthy to hopefully lead the Bills to a brighter season in 2019.

In the meantime, though, things are as brutal as they have ever been in Buffalo. That is due in very large part to backup quarterback Nathan Peterman, who continues to show that he consumes a massive portion of the “worst quarterback of all time” conversation. Buffalo’s Week 9 game at home against the Chicago Bears is just another miserable chapter in the eternally dreadful Peterman saga.

The game isn’t even over yet, and Peterman already has thrown two interceptions, with one of them being returned by Chicago’s Leonard Floyd for a pick six. If it wasn’t obvious, the Bills are getting their butts kicked by the Bears, as the score is currently 31-3 as the third quarter is winding down.

This has been the story for Peterman every time he’s set foot on the field. He simply can’t do anything right. When he’s playing, he just turns the Bills into an interception/turnover machine. We saw evidence of just how bad Peterman would be in the NFL when he made his debut last November in a historically bad performance, throwing five interceptions in the first half of a game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

That was only the beginning for the poor kid. He started in Week 1 this year for the Bills against Baltimore and only threw for 24 yards as the Bills failed to pick up a first down until the third quarter. And just a few weeks ago, Peterman threw two late interceptions, including a pick six, that cost Buffalo a win against the Houston Texans.

You almost want to feel bad for the 24-year-old, but you also can’t help but chuckle in disbelief at the same time because we’ve rarely seen anybody perform this poorly in the NFL. There have been plenty of bad quarterbacks in the NFL over the years, but Peterman continues to blow all of them out of the water.
