High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

DeAndre Jordan (vs WAS – $8,600): Needs 37.9 fantasy points. Jordan has been under 25 fantasy points in his last two games. The inconsistency of Jordan is one of the most frustrating things as a DFS player. One night he’ll post big scoring and rebounding numbers. The next game he’ll be invisible. The Wizards are a great matchup, but I just don’t know with Jordan. Diagnosis: High risk, high reward.

Deandre Ayton (vs BKN – $8,500): Needs 37.5 fantasy points. Ayton has looked good as a rookie this season. He’s coming off a strong 37.6 fantasy point performance against the Grizzlies on Nov. 4. The Nets are a good matchup and Ayton should do enough in all categories to be nicely over value. Diagnosis: More reliable than Jordan, even if his salary isn’t quite as high.

Jusuf Nurkic (vs MIL – $7,600): Needs 33.5 fantasy points. Nurkic has been over 35 fantasy points in three out of his last four games. The Bucks aren’t as quite as undersized as they were last season, but they can still be taken advantage of down low. Nurkic was over 40 fantasy points in both games against Milwaukee last season. Diagnosis: Love the matchup and Nurkic’s rebounding, scoring, and defense.

Quick Hits

Dwight Howard ($6,800): Fairly reliable, but still banged up.

Jarrett Allen ($6,700): Love the matchup and there’s good value here.
