High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Jeremy Lamb (vs ATL – $5,700): Needs 23.6 fantasy points. Lamb posted 32.6 fantasy points against the Cavaliers. It was against the Cavaliers, but it’s not like the Hawks have a much better defense. Lamb is inconsistent, but he has high potential and typically gets his shots while trying to remain active on the boards. Diagnosis: Slight risk due to inconsistencies, solid reward.

Malcolm Brogdon (at POR – $5,000): Needs 20.7 fantasy points. I’ve been riding Brogdon all season as a guy to fill out my roster and getting guaranteed fantasy points. He can deliver 30-plus fantasy points, but he’s more than likely going to be just around value, which is fine for his salary. He’s not a big cost option but gets enough minutes to produce and plays a reliable game. Diagnosis: Consistent option who might catch fire with his shooting.

Malik Monk (vs ATL – $4,600): Needs 19 fantasy points. Monk has been over 22 fantasy points in his last three games. The Hornets work to get him open and he’s a very reliable shooter. He also chips in with assists and maybe a couple of rebounds. This is a good matchup for him and he’ll continue to get his looks in the Hornets offense. Diagnosis: Nice low salary option with plenty of potential.
