WASHINGTON, DC –  APRIL 22: Kelly Oubre Jr. /

High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

DeAndre’ Bembry (at CHA – $4,900): Needs 20.2 fantasy points. If Taurean Prince doesn’t end up playing, I love Bembry on Tuesday. He’s a low-cost guy who should get extra minutes and has proven his worth on the Hawks. Even if Prince plays, Bembry is reliable at this salary. If Prince doesn’t play, this is a great salary for him and one he’ll deliver at. Diagnosis: Could be a great option if Prince doesn’t play. Reliable if he does.

Kelly Oubre Jr. (at DAL – $4,800): Needs 19.7 fantasy points. Oubre picked up the start with the injury to Otto Porter and finished with 20.3 fantasy points against the Knicks on Nov. 4. Whether he’s starting or coming off the bench, Oubre is reliable at this salary. He also has big game potential. Diagnosis: Solid option at this salary with a high ceiling.

Joe Harris (at PHO – $4,700): Needs 19.3 fantasy points. Harris had 18.7 fantasy points against the Sixers on Nov. 4. I still love his game as the Nets work to get him shots and he’s a good enough shooter to make those open looks. He’ll get plenty of open looks against the Suns. He also does enough with his passing to boost his value. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling given the looks he gets.
