High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Ersan Ilyasova (at POR – $5,500): Needs 23.1 fantasy points. Yikes, it is ugly at power forward on Tuesday. Ilyasova is your best option, and while he has a relatively high ceiling, he’s not reliable at all. I think he could do well against the Blazers because role players find a way to contribute in these big games. And this is a big game. Diagnosis: Not the greatest of high salary options, but has a decent ceiling.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (at PHO – $5,300): Needs 22.3 fantasy points. Hollis-Jefferson had 32.7 fantasy points against the Sixers on Nov. 4. He played his most minutes of the season, which is a good sign for his value as he works his way back from injury. The matchup is good as Phoenix should always be taken advantage of. Diagnosis: The best of the high salary options. If you want to call them that.

Markieff Morris (at DAL – $5,300): Needs 22.3 fantasy points. Morris has been inconsistent, but he never lacks for minutes or shots. I still have no grip on the Wizards. I could see the Wizards looking good again and I could see Dallas frustrating them and the Wizards imploding. Morris should do well enough. Diagnosis: Wary because of the Wizards. But the minutes and opportunities are good, if nothing else.
