High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Al-Farouq Aminu (vs MIL – $5,100): Needs 21.4 fantasy points. Aminu was down to 15.2 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Nov. 4. He only played 23 minutes as the Timberwolves are a wreck. Aminu is inconsistent, but he can provide rebounding and scoring when he’s on. His minutes should be good against a tough matchup. Diagnosis: Inconsistent with a high ceiling.

Zach Collins (vs MIL – $4,100): Needs 17.2 fantasy points. Collins is typically reliable, but he’s gotten worse with each game over the last week. That’s concerning. He’ll get his double-digit points, he just needs to do more in other categories to boost his value. Diagnosis: On a down trend, but proven that he can turn it around.

Ed Davis (at PHO – $3,700): Needs 15.6 fantasy points. Davis was down to 8.6 fantasy points against the Sixers. He’s typically better than that, so I’ll chalk it up to an off-night. He doesn’t play many minutes, but he produces just enough in the minutes he does play. Phoenix is obviously a great matchup. Diagnosis: Low cost and typically reliable. Expect him to bounce back.
