The Pelicans have fallen apart in a hurry and, honestly, placing them at No. 15 right now may even be a little charitable. After a scorching start to the season, Anthony Davis has been struggling, shooting just 36.7 percent this week and averaging nearly as many turnovers (3.3) as assists (3.7). The Pelicans need him to be his usual fantastic self but the pieces around him have dropped off as well — Ian Clark, Jrue Holiday, Julius Randle and Nikola Mirotic were a combined 17-of-66 on 3-pointers this week (26 percent).
