29. Nick Mullens (LW: NA)

Mullens might never have another moment in the sun, but he’ll always have Thursday night. The second-year man made his first start and torched the Oakland Raiders for three touchdown passes in a 34-3 blowout. Nice job, kid.

28. Josh Rosen (LW: 27)

Rosen has to elevate the Cardinals if they want any chance of winning games. Of course, that’s an unfair ask of a kid who hasn’t yet made 10 starts in his career, but that’s the situation he’s been put in. Arizona isn’t good, and neither is Rosen’s line of five touchdowns and six interceptions with a 56.5 completion rate.

27. Brock Osweiler (LW: 31)

Osweiler moved up to this spot by default. The rookie class has been awful, the Dolphins are winning with him at the helm and, well, Mullens has only played a single game.

26. Eli Manning (LW: 25)

Are you ready for Eli Manning and the Giants to play the 49ers on Monday night this week? Well, buckle up, because here it comes.
