DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 7, 2018
High Salary PG
Players costing over $6,250
Kyle Lowry (at SAC – $8,900): Needs 41.3 fantasy points. Lowry has been excellent this season and I expect nothing different against the Kings. Even though the Kings have looked better this season, their defense remains questionable. Meanwhile, I have no questions about the Raptors or Lowry’s play. He’s been great and he’ll continue to be great, even if Kawhi is in the lineup. Diagnosis: High ceiling, great matchup, reliable if nothing else.
Jrue Holiday (vs CHI – $8,600): Needs 39 fantasy points. The Pelicans defense hasn’t been great this season, but their offense continues to click. Holiday has been over 40 fantasy points in five straight contests. He can do a bit of everything and should do plenty against a weak Bulls defense. With the Pelicans reeling and back at home, I expect him to step up in a big way. Diagnosis: Consistent option with a great matchup.
Jamal Murray (at MEM – $7,500): Needs 34 fantasy points. Murray had 60.2 fantasy points against the Celtics on Nov. 5. He’s getting buckets, but could stand to do a bit more to really raise his value. Still, he’s playing at an elite level when it comes to scoring. Even though Memphis is a tough matchup with a very good defensive point guard, Murray is feeling it right now. Diagnosis: Good salary for a hot player with a lot of confidence.
