DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 7, 2018
High Salary SG
Players costing over $6,250
DeMar DeRozan (at MIA – $9,200): Needs 41 fantasy points. DeRozan had 43.7 fantasy points against the Magic on Nov. 4. The Spurs have had a couple of days of rest so they should come out firing against the Heat. Offense has not been a problem in San Antonio and even though Miami can make games a slog, I don’t expect them to trouble the Spurs offense. DeRozan is a proven DFS player this season with his scoring and assists. Diagnosis: Great matchup for a guy with a high ceiling and consistent numbers.
Zach LaVine (at NO – $8,500): Needs 38.5 fantasy points. LaVine was back to his scoring ways against the Knicks as he finished with 60 fantasy points on Nov. 5. It was the Knicks, but the Pelicans defense hasn’t been much better this season. LaVine has been a proven scorer this season and that should continue against New Orleans. Diagnosis: He’ll get his points and has another chance to go off given how the Pelicans defense has looked.
Dennis Schroder (at CLE – $6,900): Needs 31.3 fantasy points. Schroder is going to pick up the start with Westbrook sidelined and that’s going to mean big things for his value on Wednesday. He’s been up-and-down this season, but he’s a proven offensive player and the Thunder are playing the Cavaliers. Schroder should get his without issue. Diagnosis: Good matchup and a good set of circumstances to take advantage of.
