DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 7, 2018
High Value SF
Players costing $6,250 or under
Evan Fournier (vs DET – $6,100): Needs 27.2 fantasy points. Fournier has been over 30 fantasy points in his last three games. Hopefully, he’s turned the corner and doesn’t slip back into the player who couldn’t crack 15 fantasy points. The Pistons are a solid matchup, although I honestly have no feel for the Pistons right now. I’m not sure I have much of a feel for the Magic, but I’ll trust Fournier with the way he’s been playing. Diagnosis: Inconsistent, but playing well and a solid matchup.
Jae Crowder (vs DAL – $5,500): Needs 24.7 fantasy points. Crowder was down to 19 fantasy points against the Raptors on Nov. 5. Chalk it up to an off-night because everyone seems to have an off-night against the Raptors this season. Prior to that, he had been over 30 fantasy points in three straight. The Mavericks are a good matchup and on a back-to-back. Diagnosis: Always love Crowder as a low-cost option. Has a good matchup on Wednesday.
Jerami Grant (at CLE – $5,100): Needs 22.9 fantasy points. Grant had 28 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Nov. 5. He’s been strong as a starter, averaging 26.6 fantasy points in six games. With Westbrook out, he should have some extra opportunities in terms of scoring and rebounding. He’s always good for a defensive play or two as well. Diagnosis: It’s the Cavaliers. Take advantage of them, especially when you can get a proven starter on a low salary.
