High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Kyle Lowry (at SAC – $8,800): Needs 36.5 fantasy points. I’m taking Lowry every game until he lets me down. And he has not let me down yet. He’s been consistent at worse and well over value at best. The Kings are off to a nice start, but the Raptors might be the second best team in the league. Lowry is getting it down with his scoring and passing. Diagnosis: No reason to doubt him. He’ll deliver against this matchup.

Jamal Murray (at MEM – $7,700): Needs 31.9 fantasy points. Murray had 55 fantasy points against the Celtics. So, at least he scored 50 in some category. Murray has delivered throughout the early season and has made the leap thus far. I have full confidence that he can keep it up. The Grizzles can be a tough matchup, but the Celtics were looked as a tough matchup. I trust Murray to get his points and chip in elsewhere. Diagnosis: Hot right now, high ceiling, matchup is slightly concerning.

Trae Young (vs NY – $7,600): Needs 31.5 fantasy points. Young had 32.1 fantasy points against the Hornets on Tuesday. The back-to-back is slightly concerning, as is Young being a rookie, but I like him in the Garden. Good players, even rookies, have a way of showing out in the Garden and I’m high on Young’s ability. It helps that the Knicks are a mess on the court. Diagnosis: A rookie on a back-to-back, which can be concerning. But I’m going with my gut.
