FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 8, 2018
High Salary SG
Players costing over $6,667
James Harden (at OKC – $11,500): Needs 48 fantasy points. Harden was at 48.8 fantasy points against the Pacers on Nov. 5. He’s working himself back into form after missing a few games and now he catches a Thunder squad on a back-to-back and without Roberson and Westbrook. All signs point to a big game for Harden, who always gets numbers against OKC. Diagnosis: One of the top high salary options on the night.
Devin Booker (vs BOS – $8,200): Needs 34.2 fantasy points. Booker has been around 31-33 fantasy points in the last couple of games as he works himself back into rhythm. The scoring hasn’t been there, but for some reason he always seems to put up big scoring numbers against the Celtics despite their defense. I’m going to trust Booker, who always shows up for these big game. Diagnosis: Booker against the Celtics. What could go wrong?
CJ McCollum (vs LAC – $7,000): Needs 29.2 fantasy points. McCollum has found his shot in the last two games, which has me high on him coming into Thursday’s game. As long as he continue to shoot the ball the way he’s been shooting it in recent games, the numbers are going to be there for him. Of course, there’s a chance he goes cold again, which is the concern. Diagnosis: The three guys below Booker all come with risks. I trust McCollum the most.
