Players costing over $6,667

Andre Drummond (at ATL – $10,200): Needs 44.8 fantasy points. Drummond has been over 58 fantasy points in his last two games. Drummond can be a bit inconsistent, but the rebounding numbers are typically there. He should have no issues getting rebounds and points against a weak Hawks squad with a bad frontcourt. Diagnosis: Great matchup for a high ceiling player.

Nikola Vucevic (vs WAS – $8,600): Needs 37.7 fantasy points. Vucevic has been down in the last couple of games as the rest of the Magic begin to play better, but I still like his game overall and I like it even more against a poor Wizards team. Vucevic should be able to have his way and get plenty of good looks against a disorganized Wizards defense. He’ll also chip in with rebounds and assists. Diagnosis: Love the matchup and his ceiling.

Dwight Howard (at ORL – $6,900): Needs 30.3 fantasy points. Howard has only cracked 30 fantasy points once this season and that was in his first game back. But this is the Magic. As fans know, if there’s one team a year Howard gets up for, it’s against the Magic. He’ll have his best game of the season on Friday. He’s playing more minutes now and always brings it against this matchup. Diagnosis: There are a lot of strong center options on Friday. But Howard against the Magic just feels perfect.
