High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Domantas Sabonis (at MIA – $6,500): Needs 27.4 fantasy points. Sabonis has been over 29 fantasy points in his last three games and four out of his last five. The Heat will be a tough matchup, but Sabonis is playing extremely well right now and his minutes are going up with every passing game. He averaged 29.7 fantasy points in three games against the Heat last season. Diagnosis: Love the way he’s playing and the salary is favorable. The matchup is tough.

Derrick Favors (vs BOS – $5,300): Needs 22.3 fantasy points. Favors has been over 34 fantasy points in his last two games. While he’s playing well, the minutes are a concern as Boston can play him off the floor. The Celtics are on a back-to-back and did not look good at all against the Suns on Thursday. Diagnosis: Minutes are a concern, but he’s playing very well right now

Dario Saric (vs CHA – $5,200): Needs 21.9 fantasy points. Saric finally broke out with 28.4 fantasy points against the Pacers on Nov. 7. He’s struggled this season with his shot, but they were falling against the Pacers and the hope is that the seal has been broken. If it has, this is a great salary to get him at given his ceiling. Diagnosis: Risky and inconsistent option, but a good salary if he has found his scoring touch.
