High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Lou Williams (vs MIL – $6,400): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. Williams has been over 30 fantasy points in his last three games. I’ve been taking him over the last week and it’s paid off, even has his salary has risen. He’s still at a good salary and even though the Bucks are better, I like what the Clippers are doing this season. Williams is going to get points and assists. Diagnosis: Should be an offensive game and Williams has a greta offensive game.

Justin Holiday (vs CLE – $5,400): Needs 22.7 fantasy points. Holiday had 32.2 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Nov. 7. He’s going to play big minutes as the starter and I trust him to put up numbers against the Cavaliers because they are the Cavaliers. He can do a bit of everything, which helps his value. Diagnosis: Good salary and a great matchup.

Wesley Matthews (vs OKC – $5,300): Needs 22.3 fantasy points. Matthews has been very reliable this season, hitting value in 73 percent of games. He’ll get his shots against the Thunder and he’s been reliable to make them right now as other members of the Mavericks have struggled. The Thunder defense is better, but Matthews does enough with his scoring and in other categories to at least hit value. Diagnosis: Reliable option at a reasonable salary.
