High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Anthony Davis (vs PHO – $12,400): Needs 52 fantasy points. Davis looked much more like himself against the Bulls, finishing with 71.5 fantasy points. It was against the Bulls, but it’s not like the Suns are much better. Davis nearly broke DFS last season when he had 96.1 fantasy points against the Suns on Feb. 26. He almost probably won’t get quite that high on Saturday, but I’m not doubting him given how good he is. Diagnosis: Davis against the Suns. I like my odds.

Wendell Carter Jr (vs CLE – $7,600): Needs 31.9 fantasy points. Carter Jr has been over 31 fantasy points in seven straight. He was at 41.2 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Nov. 7. Points and rebounds have not been an issue for him during this stretch and should not have an issue getting both against the poor Cleveland Cavaliers. Diagnosis: Good salary, high ceiling, great matchup.

Serge Ibaka (vs NY – $6,900): Needs 28.9 fantasy points. Ibaka has finally jumped in the high salary range and I still trust him given the matchup. He’s been fantastic this season, even in sometimes limited minutes. He should have no issue getting points and rebounds against the Knicks. I also expect him to chip in with defensive plays. Diagnosis: Ibaka remains hot and the matchup is very good.
