High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Brandon Ingram (at SAC – $6,300): Needs 26.4 fantasy points. Ingram had 41 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Nov. 7. It was his best game of the season and hopefully a sign of things to come for him. If Ball is out, I expect to see Ingram handle the ball a bit more. He’s an underrated playmaker who can also score. The matchup is solid as well. Diagnosis: Like the matchup and the circumstances if Lonzo is out.

Pascal Siakam (vs NY – $6,100): Needs 25.6 fantasy points. Siakam continues to play great this year and was at 31.1 fantasy points against the Kings. He’s on a hot streak right now and he and Ibaka are making for a dynamic duo in the Raptors frontcourt. He should get plenty of points and rebounds against a weak Knicks squad. Diagnosis: Blowout is the only concern, but he’s going to put up numbers for as long as he plays.

Jerami Grant (at DAL – $5,500): Needs 23.1 fantasy points. Grant was down to 20.2 fantasy points against the Rockets, but he’s been reliable as a starter and he’s at a solid salary. He gets big minutes and is a player who can do a bit of everything, even when the ball isn’t always in his hands. If nothing else, he’s reliable at this salary. But I expect more in this matchup. Diagnosis: Plays big minutes, good salary, and good matchup.
