High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Joe Ingles (at MEM – $6,000): Needs 24.4 fantasy points. Ingles had 48.5 fantasy points against the Celtics on Nov. 9. He’s averaging 28.4 fantasy points in two games against the Grizzlies this season. In these games where two teams can lock in defensively, guys like Ingles, who can shoot the ball extremely well and do a bit of everything, typically find a way to stand out. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

TJ Warren (at OKC – $5,800): Needs 23.6 fantasy points. Warren has been over 43 fantasy points in his last two games. And he always seems to play well against the Thunder. He’s averaging 29.1 fantasy points in his last three games against the Thunder, including a 30.6 fantasy point effort on Oct. 28. The Thunder defense remains inconsistent and Warren is playing well. Diagnosis: Red hot and a good matchup.

Jae Crowder (at MEM – $5,400): Needs 22 fantasy points. You should know where I stand on Crowder by now if you’re a longtime reader. He logs big minutes off the bench and does a bit of everything for the Jazz. He’s averaging 27.2 fantasy points in two games against Memphis this season. His ceiling might not be as high as Ingles, but he’s a cheaper option if you want to go that route. Diagnosis: Good salary and reliable given his minutes and role.
