25. Derek Carr (LW: 21)

Carr is completely and utterly broken. Hell, Carr intentionally threw the ball into the ground on 4th and 5 against the Chargers on Sunday. It’s gotten to the point where it would be somewhat surprising to see Carr come back in Oakland next season.

24. Case Keenum (LW: 25)

Keenum comes off the bye week hoping to put together a nice end to his campaign. Although it ended in a loss, the Broncos’ quarterback avoided turning the ball over in the game, something he hadn’t done before in 2018.

23. Ryan Fitzpatrick (LW: 20)

Fitzpatrick continues to be the same guy week in and week out. He’s always going to throw for a ton of yardage, and much of it is going to be erased because he throws interceptions.

22. Joe Flacco (LW: 19)

Flacco might not play on Sunday with his hip injury, and if that’s the case, maybe this is the end of Flacco in Baltimore. Lamar Jackson would be getting the start in Cincinnati, and with the Ravens at 4-5, why go back to the veteran who is getting released at season’s end anyway?

21. Marcus Mariota (LW: 24)

Mariota played well against the Patriots, throwing for 228 yards on 9.5 yards per attempt with a pair of touchdowns. It’s been a long, hard road for the fourth-year starter, but he’s hoping to find himself with offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur.
